About Eric Navea
Eric Navea is the Principal Lawyer and founder of Eric Navea Legal, bringing more than ten years of courtroom, prosecution and regulatory experience to the matters he handles.
Before establishing the firm, Eric worked as a Solicitor with the NSW Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions and later held senior legal roles with the National Heavy Vehicle Regulator, Building Commission NSW and SafeWork NSW.
His roles included Senior Prosecutor with the National Heavy Vehicle Regulator, Senior Solicitor with Building Commission NSW and Principal Solicitor with SafeWork NSW.
Eric graduated with a Juris Doctor (Law) in 2013 and is admitted to practise as a lawyer in New South Wales.

Why Eric Started the Firm
Working as a solicitor, prosecutor and inside government regulators gave Eric a perspective few lawyers have.
He saw first-hand how investigations were conducted, how evidence was assessed and how prosecution cases were built.
But he also saw good, honest businesses facing serious regulatory problems while paying substantial legal fees, only to have their matter passed between lawyers or handled by someone without the regulatory experience they thought they were paying for.
That was one of the reasons Eric established his own practice.
He wanted to provide businesses and individuals with experienced, senior-level representation, direct access to their lawyer and clear advice about what they are actually paying for.
